4 cups cooked rice
6 strips bacon, cut into small pieces and fried
4 slices Tulip luncheon meat, sliced and cubed
1/2 cup green onion (both green and white parts), sliced thin
2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
1/4 cup Aloha shoyu


Cooking Process:

Cook rice and allow to cool completely or used day-old rice. In a wok over medium-high heat, cook bacon for 3-4 minutes. Add green onion and Tulip luncheon meat.

Cook until Tulip luncheon meat is browned. Turn heat down to medium and add rice, green onions and minced garlic. Stir well while cooking until rice is well coated and ingredients are mixed well.

Add Aloha shoyu and continue stirring until shoyu is completely mixed in.

how to serve:

Serve hot!
