This fruit salad is perfect as a side dish, dessert or even for breakfast. It is super easy to make and you can control how sweet it is by adjusting the sugar or honey yourself. Sometimes if the fruit is sweet enough, I don't even use sugar or honey.
These potatoes taste great alone or as a side dish, but if you really want to step it up, scramble up two eggs and bake your potatoes into a breakfast soufflé!
