I tried these at a party and had to try making them. I love anything with taro in it.
I can't think of a quicker meal than to throw together a seared ahi bowl. You can also used leftover poke which makes it even quicker.
Have you ever had renkon chips? Renkon is lotus root. The only time I remember eating renkon when I was little was on New Year's Day--my grandmother said it was traditional--you ate it "so you can see the future".
