Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake

1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4  large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sour cream
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

2 TB cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan. In a mixing bowl; cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanillaand sour cream.Add flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; mix well.In a small mixing bowl,combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour half of batter intoprepared pan. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar mixture. Cover with remaining batter. Bake 60-65 minutes; until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.Serves 12-14.
