SEARED LEMON-PEPPER SASHIMI
Try this seared lemon pepper sashimi for your next gathering - it is a quick, healthy and simple appetizer.
4 oz. block ahi, aku or au
2 tsp. lemon pepper, to taste
1 sheet nori
oil for frying
Roll sashimi block in lemon pepper; coating well. Wrap nori around fish; sealing ends with water. Heat skillet with oil until smoking hot and cook fish quickly on all sides.
Slice and serve with your favorite ponzu-type sauce. Serves 2.
