Slow Cooker German Pork Roast
Pork simmered in the slow cooker with sauerkraut and potatoes in a savory sauce that complements the pork.
3-4 lb. pork roast-butt or shoulder
pinch garlic salt, garlic powder, cracked black pepper
2 jars sauerkraut, drained
8 large potatoes, peeled, quartered
2 c. white wine
Season pork with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Cover with sauerkraut, top with potatoes. Pour wine into slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low Setting 6-8 hours. Serves 6-8.
