1 can (29 oz.) pumpkin pie filling

1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk

3 large eggs, beaten

1 1/4 c. sugar

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. ground cloves

1/2 tsp. salt

1 package (1 lb. 2.5 oz.) yellow cake mix

1 c. walnuts, chopped

1 c. butter, melted

4 c. Cool Whip whipped topping

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees; lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, milk and eggs; blending well. Stir in sugar and spices. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture; top with walnuts; pressing down onto mixture. Drizzle with melted butter, bake for 50-60 minutes. Allow to sit 10-15 minutes. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Carefully invert baked Pumpkin Crunch into new pan. Top with whipped topping. Serves 12-14.
