9-inch prepared pie shell

1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin pie filling

1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

1 large egg

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp. allspice

1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:

1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed

2 TB all-purpose flour

2 TB butter

1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl, combine ingredients. Pour into pie shell, bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees . In a mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle onto pie; continue baking 40 minutes. Serves 8.
