Roy's Hawaii Kai Meatloaf
Not sure where I got this recipe, but it is supposed to be Chef Roy's recipe for meatloaf. I can tell you that this meatloaf is really tasty and is served on a regular basis in my home. One important note, meatloaf cooks a lot quicker if you cook it in an open cookie sheet/pan as opposed to a loaf or bread type pan.
