Pipikaula Fried Rice
1/4 Cup peanut oil 3 Cup cooked white rice, day old, dried out uncovered in the fridge 1/2 Cup green onions, chopped 1/2 Cup pipikaula, diced 1/2 Cup bay shrimp 1/2 Cup lup cheong or portuguese sausage, diced 1 Cup peas 2 Teaspoon garlic, minced 3 each eggs 1 1/2 Teaspoon Aloha shoyu, dark preferred 2 Tablespoon sesame oil salt and pepper, to taste
1.Heat the oil in the wok.
2.Toss in the rice until hot and golden.
3.Toss in the green onions, pipikaula, shrimp and sausage.
4.Stir in the peas, garlic, eggs, soy sauce and sesame oil.
5.Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6.Season with salt and pepper.
