- 1/2 c. mirin sake
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame seed oil
- 1 tsp. Aloha shoyu
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
Place all ingredients in a glass jar or cruet and shake well to combine.

Makes 1 cup.
