Hot Fruit Compote
This Hot Fruit Compote recipe is one that a special friend, Linda would prepare for brunches that she hosted. Although she has passed, her food and recipes are still being enjoyed.
1 large can of whole peaches
1 small can of pears (whole/quarters)
1 small can of pineapple chunks
1 small can of apricots
1 can of Comstock cherry pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tbsp. brandy
Combine all ingredients in a oven safe casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Best to serve hot or warm.
