Grilled Chicken with Oyster Sauce
Marinate the chicken thigh in oyster sauce and bake in the oven. No oil is needed. It cooks with the oil from the own skin. Enjoy the crunchy skin as well.
- Marinate the chicken with oyster sauce for 2-3 hours.
- Preheat oven at 350.
- In the baking pan, Place the chicken with skin side up. Scrape the sauce on skin as it might get burned.
- Bake for 40 minutes
Cut into bite size pieces. Be careful not to lose the crunchy skin! It is good if wrapped in red leaf lettuce.
