3 cups (1 1/2 lbs) King Crab Meat

3 cups fresh Bread Crumbs

1 cup Ketchup

4 Tablespoons melted butter

Juice from 1/2 lemon or lime

1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley

1 Tbsp fresh Tarragon

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Form into patties. Arrange these on a generously buttered cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve crab cakes hot or cold.
