Easy Lilikoi Cheesecake Cups

Grind cookies in blender with butter until smooth. Put the cookies on the bottom portion cups and lightly compacted. Beat the cheese with the sugar, egg yolk and cream in a creamy lather. Soak gelatin in cold water. Whip cream and add to cream cheese, stir gently. Squeeze the gelatin from the water and diluted in 2 tablespoons warm cream. Add gelatin and passion fruit pulp to the bulk and mix thoroughly. Beat the egg whites in a solid foam pieces and add to cream cheese, stir gently.
Press cookie mixture on bottom of glass, then cheese cake mixture. Slowly put a layer of lilikoi mixture on the top, put in refrigerator and allow to set for 2-3 hours.
