  • 4 chicken thighs, cubed (get boneless ones if you can, easier to cube)
  • 4 Chinese sausages, sliced diagonally
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
  • 4 tbsps dark Aloha shoyu
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)


Cooking Process:

Boil or steam the lupcheong sausages for about 3 minutes. Slice diagonally and set aside. Saute the garlic in hot oil until fragrant. Add the sausage and stir around for a bit. Add in the chicken cubes. Add the soy sauce and sugar. Finally add in the water, bring to a boil and turn heat lower for the chicken to simmer until cooked. Garnish with some chopped green onions (optional).
