Oyster Sauce Shrimp
This Oyster Sauce Shrimp is a common Filipino dish that is easy to make and really ono served on rice or even with poi!
Clean shrimp and drain very well (very crucial as to not water down sauce).
In a pan, heat oil. Saute onions and garlic until tender and translucent. Add in fish sauce and continue to stir for another minute. Pour in tomato sauce and allow to simmer until slightly decreased and thickened.
Add in shrimp. Stir and combine until shrimps are coated with tomato sauce and color has turned pink. Add oyster sauce and continue to stir until shrimps are cooked and sauce clings to shrimps. Adjust taste with additional salt as needed.
