Cy’s Kulolo (Taro Pudding)

A favorite luau dessert, although not easily found, unless you live on the island of Kauai. It is such a treat to be able to create this dish at home (instead of going all over town to try to find it). It is one of those recipes that you wish you could prefect over and over again and my brother seems to have found a perfect recipe.
