This Shoyu Pork is the favorite no fuss, go to dish. Everything goes in one pot! Simple and delicious.
- 4 lbs. pork butt, cubed
- 1 c. Aloha shoyu
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 slices ginger, crushed
Place pork in a large pot with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Wonderful served with steamed buns. Serves 8.
