1/4 c. cooled, strong Jasmine Green Tea (1 TB loose tea)

1/3 c. peanut butter

1/3 c. sesame oil

¼ c. Aloha shoyu

1 1/2TB honey

1 TB chili oil

1 TB red wine vinegar

2 garlic cloves

1-inch piece ginger

1 small shallot, minced
