5 lbs. chicken, boneless, skinless, 2-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic, grated
4 stalks green onion, chopped
1-inch ginger, peeled, crushed
½ c. all purpose flour
½ c. cornstarch
¼ c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 large eggs, beaten
¼ c. sesame seeds, toasted, crushed
Vegetable oil, for frying as needed
