Beef With Oyster Sauce

A simple and easy recipe to prepare with pantry items. I sometimes prepare the sauce just to have it handy for a quick dish. Feel free to switch out with your favorite meats and vegetables such as chicken or pork, great to use broccoli, bamboo shoots, baby corn and or carrots. Works well with bean sprouts or no veggies at all.

Great recipe. Very good with chicken thighs. I'll also add a tablespoon or so of Sambal to the sauce.
