3 lbs. ground beef

2 medium onions, chopped

1 c. panko (Japanese bread crumbs)

2 large eggs

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

 

Sauce:

2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

½ c. water

2 TB brown sugar

2 TB white vinegar

2 TB yellow mustard

2 TB Aloha shoyu

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
