Hawaii-Style Sake-Soy Guacamole
Mexico meets Hawaii in this flavorful blend of guacamole, sake & soy sauce. Serve with Traditional tortilla chips or take it to another level with homemade taro chips!
- 2 ripe medium avocados, pitted
- 1 serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Aloha shoyu
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl and mash with a fork (leave slightly chunky). Stir in all other ingredients except sesame seeds. Sprinkle with the seeds.
