6-8 lbs. beef short ribs, 2-inch pieces

6 thick slices ginger, crushed

6 large cloves garlic, crushed

1 c. Aloha shoyu

1 c. catsup

1 c. mirin

½ c. brown sugar

1 tsp. Hawaiian red alae salt

Cooking Process:

Combine all ingredients together; marinate ribs overnight; turning occasionally. Charcoal grill until cooked through. Serves 10-12.
