Oriental Warm Cider Dressing

A great twist on a traditional style salad dressing. Served warm, it is great to serve on salads with a heartier green, like watercress, cabbage or kale.

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

¼ c. agave nectar

1 tsp. salt

½ tsp. freshly ground black pepper

¼ c. sesame oil

¼ c. vegetable oil

 


Cooking Process:

In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, agave nectar, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sesame and vegetable oils. Pour over salad just before serving. Serve immediately. Makes approximately 1 cup.
