Tofu Clam Dip
A light and healthy version of a traditionally mayonnaise based dip. Great to serve with crudite.
1 (14 oz.) block soft tofu
1 (6.5 oz.) can minced clams, drained
2 TB Italian parsley, chopped
1 ½ tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
In a blender or food processor; process tofu until smooth. Transfer into a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with favorite crackers, chips, pita chips or crudités. Makes 1 ½ cups.
