Oka (Samoan Raw Fish)
Oka is how samoan's serve raw fish. It consists of bits of fish marinated in lemon juice, coconut cream, onions, salt.

- 2 lb Fresh Ahi or Aku, Cut Cubed
- 1/2 lb Round Onion
- 1 lb Japanese Cucumber, diced
- 2 lb Tomatoes, diced
- 4 pcs. fresh Lemons
- 4 cans coconut milk, (no.2 can, 13.5 oz)
- 1/2 lb cup Green Onions
- 1 T Salt
- 1/2 T Black Pepper
Place Ahi or Aku in a bowl, squeeze lemon juice, let stand for 20 minutes. Add all other ingredients, mix well. Serve.
