- 1/2 pound ahi cubed
- 2 medium size avocados, cubed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Maui onions, chopped
- chopped cilantro
- 1 Hawaiian chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon inamona (roasted kukui nut)
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Aloha shoyu
