  • Various Vegetables: asparagus, squash, bell peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms (whatever you like)
  • 3 T Minced Garlic
  • 3 T Olive Oil
  • 3 T Aloha shoyu
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
