  •  2-3 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 1/4 cup Aloha shoyu soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • 2 cups lilikoi jelly
  • 1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 slice fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
