Bean Salad

A quick and simple bean salad that can be served alone or on a bed of greens.  For those watching their sugar intake, replace the sugar with 1 packet of splenda.

US Metric
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1 packet Splenda
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or canola blend
  • 1 teaspoon worstershire
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 shake basil
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can garbanzo beans

Cooking Process:

Drain beans and put into a bowl, add dressing (first 6 ingredients) to bowl and allow to marinate overnight.  Mix several times while marinating.
