A quick and simple bean salad that can be served alone or on a bed of greens. For those watching their sugar intake, replace the sugar with 1 packet of splenda.
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1 packet Splenda
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or canola blend
- 1 teaspoon worstershire
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 shake basil
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can wax beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
Drain beans and put into a bowl, add dressing (first 6 ingredients) to bowl and allow to marinate overnight. Mix several times while marinating.
