Creamy Li Hing Mui Dressing
Simple and ono recipe inspired by Alan Wong's original Li Hing Vinaigrette.
Soak li hing mui in lemon juice for 10 minutes. Pour li hing mui/lemon juice mixture, shoyu, worstershire, mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary to get desired thickness. Serve over salad green/mixed vegetables.
