Foil Wrapped Steamed Fish
A simple and very tasty Foil Wrapped Steamed Fish dish prepared in no time. You can even steam this in your rice cooker.
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets
4 slices fresh ginger, julienne
juice of 1 lemon
2 TB peanut oil + 1 TB sesame seed oil
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
2 TB Aloha shoyu
½ c. fresh cilantro
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine ginger, lemon juice, oils, garlic and soy sauce. Place fish in foil; drizzle with sauce. Top with cilantro and seal well. Steam over medium high heat 15 minutes. Serves 4.
