Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric

1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveind

2 tsp. vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tsp. ginger, peeled, grated

Sauce:

¼ c. chicken broth

3 TB catsup

1 TB cornstarch

2 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. dry sherry

1 tsp. chili garlic paste


Cooking Process:

In a mixing bowl; combine sauce ingredients. In a skillet or wok; stir fry garlic and ginger in oil. Add shrimp and sauce mixture; stir fry 5 minutes until shrimp is cooked through and sauce has thickened. Serves 2-3.
