Miso Sake Pork Shoulder Steaks
I had 3 really nice pork shoulder steaks and felt like grilling so I decided to marinade in a sake miso mixture. It came out really juicy, tender and the miso/sake combination is always a winner!
Put pork steaks in large ziplock bag, measure ingredients into bag, zip and mix marinade ingredients by shaking/squeezing bag. Allow to marinade for 2+ hours. Cook on gril for 6-7 minutes on each side.
