Uncle Ray's Squid w/Tomatoes & Onions
This Squid with Tomatoes and Onions dish was cooked and served at a family gathering with Uncle Ray, Aunty Carol, Carrae, Joslyne & Daphne Caspillo. The food was so ono and it was good to reconnect with family that we haven't seen in years!
One large squid (Cleaned)
2 Large Tomatoes (diced/Chunks)
1 Large sweet onion (chopped)
Clean and cut legs. Deep fry brown. Set aside and allow to cool. Place squid in bowl with onions and tomatoes. This dish does not need salt. You may add chili pepper water if you like it with a kick!
