Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric
  • 1/2 c. peanut oil
  • 2 TB Thai fried garlic or 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 lbs. shrimp, peeled
  • 1/4 c. coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. straw mushrooms
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tsp. patis (fish sauce)
  • 1 c. cabbage, shredded; garnish

Cooking Process:

In a large wok, over high heat, sauté garlic until browned. Stir in shrimp, coconut milk and mushrooms. Season to taste.

how to serve:

Serve over shredded cabbage. Serves 2.
