2 pieces (4-5 oz. each) snapper or salmon fillets

2-3 tsp. Aloha shoyu

Garlic salt, white pepper, as needed

3 TB mayonnaise

4 TB sesame seeds, toasted, crushed

Vegetable oil, as needed

Cooking Process:

Place sesame seeds in a shallow dish; set aside. Lightly season snapper filets with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Coat filets with mayonnaise. Dredge in sesame seeds, coat on both sides. In a skillet over medium high heat; warm oil. Cook filets 1 minute on both sides until cooked to desired doneness. Serves 2.
