  • 24 pieces sashimi-grade salmon, sliced
  • salmon roe garnish

Lomi Salmon Dip

  • 1/4 lb. salted salmon, minced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 6 stalks green onion, chopped
  • Pinch white pepper
  • Sriracha, as desired

Cooking Process:

Prepare lomi lomi salmon recipe, cut 24 pieces of sashimi-grade salmon into thin slices. Put a dollop of the lomi salmon dip in the middle, roll and top with salmon roe.  Simple!
