Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric
  • 2lbs ono/mahi/uku or other fish cubed
  • 1 cup celery small diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes diced
  • 3/4 cups onions diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice 
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Hot sauce to taste 
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Process:

Mix everything and chill for at least 1/2 hour (longer is better).
