Baked Honey Chicken
honey mustard chicken is baked with honey, mustard and curry powder.
- 12 large chicken thighs, deboned
- ½ c. honey
- ¼ c. yellow mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; line a baking pan with aluminum foil.. In a mixing bowl; combine sauce ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture; place skin side down onto prepared pan. Bake 20-30 minutes; basting as needed. Turn and continue baking 30 minutes until tender and golden brown. Serves 3-4.
