  • Aluminum foil
  • Vegetable oil, as needed
  • 2 lbs. salmon filets
  • Garlic salt, freshly cracked black pepper
  • ½ c. butter, melted
  • 1 TB lemon juice
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

 


Cooking Process:

Cut 4-6 pieces (amount of fish filets) of aluminum foil approximately 12-inch squares. Lightly oil foil pieces. Set aside. Generously sprinkle salmon pieces with salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl; combine butter and lemon juice. Place 1 teaspoon of butter mixture in center of foil pieces. Divide onion among foil pieces. Place fish on top of onion. Pour remaining butter mixture over fish. Fold and secure ends; place onto baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes. Carefully open foil to allow steam to release. Serve immediately, Serves 4-6.
