  • leftover turkey cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package panko flakes
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • oil for frying

Cooking Process:

Cut leftover turkey into bite-sized pieces.  Dip pieces in flour, then egg, then panko.  You can re-dip in flour and egg twice before dipping in panko for an extra thick coating.  Heat oil to 350 Degrees and fry until golden brown.

Serve with leftover gravy or katsu sauce!  My kids love these dipped in katsu or even ketchup.
