  • Leftover Rice Stuffing
  • Egg Roll Skins
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Process:

Heat leftover rice stuffing in microwave so that it isn't stiff and difficult to work with.  Place a tablespoon or two in the lower part of the egg roll skin, roll, then fold ends in and continue rolling to form egg roll.  Heat oil to 350 Degrees.  A shallow saute' pan will do.  Cook egg rolls until crispy, golden brown.
