Thanksgiving Leftover Turkey Pot Pies
Thanksgiving leftovers are great for making quick and easy turkey pot pies which can be made in a snap and cooked right away or frozen for later use.
- leftover turkey
- leftover stuffing
- leftover gravy
- any other leftovers
- phyllo dough
- melted butter
Get a large pie pan or mini bowls or ramekins, fill with your favorite leftovers, add enough gravy to cover (about 3/4 full), cover with a layer of phyllo dough, butter dough... then another layer of phyllo etc... add about 4-6 layers of phyllo dough. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until phyllo dough is puffy and golden brown.
