Brighten your holiday with this festive sushi idea!! You can use anything for the filling, I chose to use salmon, cream cheese and avocado.
Mix 6 cups of hot rice with 2 2.6 ounce packets of sushi seasoning mix in bowl. Place a piece of sushi nori on bamboo roller and press rice firmly onto seaweed, covering entire piece. Place a piece of plastic wrap on top of rice and invert so that rice and plastic wrap are on bottom, facing bamboo mat. The seaweed side should now be up. Place pieces of salmon, creamcheese and avocado in middle of sushi roll. Now roll sushi with bamboo mat and form a round piece. Roll or sprinkle red caviar on outer layer as shown in picture. Make another roll and cover outside with green caviar this time. Slice sushi and serve immediately.
