Fast Clam Chowder
Faster version of clam chowder! Perfect when you want a no-fuss quick bowl of clam chowder.
2 cups diced potatoes
1/4 cup bacon
1/4 cup onion
1- 10 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1 can white creamed corn
1 cup milk
2- 8 oz cans chopped clams
Cook potatoes in microwave oven.
In large saucepan, cook and stir bacon and onions, making sure the bacon is crisp but does not burn.
Stir in celery soup, creamed corn and milk until heated thoroughly.
Stir in clams with liquid, potatoes, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly but do not overboil, as the milk will curdle!
On a cold day, or when you want to eat some clam chowder!
