US Metric

1- 10 oz. bottle apricot preserves or apricot-pineapple flavor

1- 8 oz. bottle Russian dressing

1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

5 lbs. chicken thighs


Cooking Process:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line a baking pan with foil.

Place chicken in a single layer on pan.

Mix preserves, dressing & onion soup mix and pour over chicken.

Bake one hour, turning chicken once after 30 minutes.

how to serve:

Plattered, or right out of the pan!
