Ingredients: Print   Add to cart
US Metric

1- 12 oz. can corned beef

1/2 onion, diced

1 egg

3 russet potatoes


Cooking Process:

Peel and dice potatoes.

Microwave until soft enough to mash.

Mash with a fork.

Add corned beef and mix well.

Add onions and egg. Mix well.

Refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

Form thin patties and fry until golden brown.
